Belly casting or henna painting session, if desired

Birthing Rehearsal Session (for families using Hypnobabies®)

Telephone and email support  (before birth and afterwards)

In-person support during your birthing time

Breastfeeding support, encouragement and resources, if desired

One in-person visit after your baby is born

 

*I offer a $100 military discount to families who serve in the Armed Forces.  Thank you for your service!  In addition to other discounts or sliding scale options that may be available, I provide a $100 discount to families who have purchased the Hypnobabies® Home Self-Study Course or have taken an in-person

Loss Support Doula Services (FREE)

Having experienced loss myself, my heart is to provide doula services to those experiencing loss through miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant death.  I will support you during your loss free of charge.  Afterward,  I will be there to cry with you and visit you so that you are not alone.  I can also assist you with information and resources, as well as some errands, cooking, cleaning, childcare, etc.
